The Golden State Warriors and free agent point guard Brandon Williams have agreed to a one-year, veteran minimum contract. Williams will count for $2.5 million against the cap, luxury tax and aprons for the Warriors.

Williams spent the last three seasons with the Dallas Mavericks. The 6-foot-1 point guard became a key rotation player at the end of the 2024-25 season. Last season, Williams averaged 13 points, 2.9 rebounds and 3.9 assists in 22.2 minutes per game.

Williams will be the Warriors 14th player signed to a standard contract. That leaves Golden State with one open standard roster spot.
