“We haven’t heard anything official yet from the WNBA, but we are we actually are waiting to hear what their decision is going to be,” Freedom said.
The former NBA center rejected reports claiming the league has already decided he cannot participate.
“It’s not true. It’s fake news. Do not believe it. We haven’t heard anything. Until we hear an official Statement from the WNBA or the Commissioner, Kathy Engelbert, then I just wouldn’t believe it.”
