Enes Kanter Freedom explained why he continues to speak publicly about women’s sports, saying his motivation goes beyond generating attention.

“I’m here to protect women. I’m here to support your little daughters and care about the next generation, and I’m here to stand with American values,” Freedom said.

The former NBA player emphasized that he views the issue as one of basic principles and fairness rather than publicity.

He said his goal is to defend women’s sports for current athletes while also considering future generations of girls who may compete.
