Kyle Webster will not represent Australia at this year’s Motocross of Nations in Ernée. The two-time Australian MX1 Champion has undergone shoulder surgery and is expected to be sidelined for up to three months.

Webster was part of the successful Australian team that won the Motocross of Nations alongside Hunter and Jett Lawrence over the past two years. With the Lawrence brothers having already announced that they will not compete this year, Australia will line up in France with a completely revamped team.

Webster suffered a dislocated right shoulder in early June during the AMA Pro Motocross round at Hangtown. Despite the injury, he went on to complete the Australian season and finished third in the MX1 Championship. Following the season finale in Queensland, the 30-year-old underwent surgery in Brisbane.
