UFC star Paddy Pimblett has looked ahead to possible fights against lightweight rivals Ilia Topuria and Arman Tsarukyan.
Following on from his win over Benoit Saint Denis, Paddy Pimblett is in a really solid position in the UFC’s lightweight division. His hope seems to be earning a rematch against Justin Gaethje, but there’s a chance that won’t come to fruition given that the likes of Ilia Topuria and Arman Tsarukyan are still lingering.

Pimblett has made no secret of the fact that he doesn’t really like either man, and you would imagine the UFC is interested in booking him against one of them, most likely Topuria.
In a recent interview, Pimblett had the following to say about squaring off against either Topuria or Tsarukyan.
Pimblett’s view on possible Topuria and Tsarukyan fights
“If I fight Ilia or Arman, I’m gonna absolutely rinse their lives. I’m gonna absolutely terrorize them,” Pimblett said. “But if I fight Max Holloway or Charles Oliveira I wouldn’t, because I respect them and I like them.”
“Don’t get me wrong, I respect Ilia, but we’ve had beef for years,” Pimblett said. “I think he’s a little helmet. I’d love to fight him and give him shit. Arman Tsarukyan, I’ve got no respect for at all. He’s just rich kid, who’s daddy’s a millionaire.”

There’s no denying that Paddy is one of the biggest names in mixed martial arts right now. With that being said, Topuria and Tsarukyan are both elite fighters, and getting through either man would be a huge task for the Liverpudlian. Alas, that hasn’t stopped him from taking on big challenges before.
Would you back Pimblett to defeat either or both of these men if he squared off against them? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below, BJPENN Nation!
