Boston Celtics guard Payton Pritchard recently looked back at last season’s Eastern Conference First Round loss to the Philadelphia 76ers with CLNS Media’s Bobby Manning.

“I mean, you just can’t let a team feel comfortable. In Game 5, we had them on their heels. I felt like they really didn’t want to win that game, and we let them back in it and they got confident. And then you go back on the road, they win that. And then Game 7’s just a toss-up game. So, it definitely was a disappointing finish. I thought we had a great regular season, but there’s things we’ve got to tighten up and be better for the playoffs. So ultimately, everything’s a learning experience. And you either get better from it or you just get worse. So hopefully we all take a step in the right direction and learn from our mistakes, and come ready this year.”
