Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayThe back-to-back World Series Champion Los Angeles Dodgers are set to get a major boost to their starting rotation, with Tyler Glasnow nearing his return from injury.
The right-hander has been out of action since May 6 with a back injury. Glasnow is expected to rejoin the team soon, giving Los Angeles another formidable arm for the stretch run.
Tyler Glasnow's return date has been announced
According to Dodgers insider Fabian Ardaya, Glasnow is expected to make his return from the injured list on Tuesday against the Atlanta Braves.
Los Angeles manager Dave Roberts spoke to media members about Glasnow's return and revealed that he will not have any innings or pitch limits when he returns. Glasnow threw 77 pitches in his most recent rehab start on Aug. 19.
Tyler Glasnow's pre-injury production was stellar
Glasnow made seven starts this season before going on the injured list and was solid in those starts. He's 3-0 with a 2.72 ERA and 49 strikeouts across 39 2/3 innings pitched.
He picked up right where he left off in the 2025 postseason when he posted a 1.69 ERA with 25 strikeouts across six appearances and 21 1/3 innings pitched.

The return of Glasnow on Tuesday will mean that the Dodgers' starting rotation is nearly complete. Tarik Skubal, Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Blake Snell and Glasnow will take up four of the five rotation spots.
The impending return to the mound for Shohei Ohtani would give Los Angeles the deepest rotation in the league down the stretch as it competes for a top two seed and a first-round bye in the postseason.
