my fixed base clamp on my ExThree machine sometimes doesnt click when locked sometimes (but it is locked) is there something i can adjust/lubricate ?

and ive also noticed the clamps will loosen over time (Even though there is a button to press to tighten/loosen the clamping part)

any help would be much appreciated
