New Milwaukee Bucks guard Tyler Herro recently met with the media at a basketball camp he hosted in the Milwaukee area. Herro said he's not focused on his next contract, even as he enters the final season of his current deal. Instead, he's ready for a new start with his hometown team.

"I'm not really worried about it right now," Herro said. "It's a new slate for me, for the coaches, really for the organization as a whole. I don't think that needs to be a burden over anyone's shoulders."

Speaking of shoulders, Herro said he thinks the Bucks are full of people with a chip on their shoulder. The veteran guard said that gives the team something to prove, while being excited for a fresh start.

"I probably have the biggest chip on my shoulder that I've had in my career, coming to Milwaukee," Herro said. "We've been through a lot. Just being able to come here with a new slate, a brand-new team, a brand-new organization, a brand-new coaching staff. ... We all have chip on our shoulders. Coach (Taylor) Jenkins himself has a chip on his shoulder, the guys who came in the trade with me. It's not just about me. I think everyone on the team has a chip."
