UFC boss Dana White has teased the possibility of another blockbuster UFC event following the success of their White House show.

When it was first confirmed that the Ultimate Fighting Championship would be putting on a show at the White House, many laughed it off. Alas, it wound up happening earlier this summer, with many calling it the biggest event in the promotion’s history purely because of how historic and unprecedented it was.

Of course, White is always focused on what’s next, and how he can grow the UFC to even greater levels – even if a lot of his focus as of late has been on his Zuffa Boxing venture as he continues to try and break into the sport.

In a recent interview, the UFC boss had the following to say about another possible show that could also be pretty grand in scale.

White looks ahead to the future

“Now my head of production Craig Borsari is so cocky after he absolutely killed that [UFC White House] event, we are talking about something right now that he came up with — this was his idea — and I love it,” White revealed on The Pat McAfee Show. “I have to do some more ground work on it.”

“There will never be anything like the White House again,” White said. “That night, we already had high expectations for it and I was blown away. It’s the greatest thing that I’ve ever been a part of. Being there live was amazing.”

There have been many reports on how the UFC performed financially with regards to the White House event, but in terms of it being a spectacle, the UFC certainly hit it out of the park in more ways than they could have imagined.
