ISU Announces 2026-27 International Figure Skating Events

The International Skating Union (ISU) has released its international competition calendar for the 2026-27 figure skating season, outlining the schedule for the ISU Junior Grand Prix Series, Challenger Series, and Grand Prix Series.

The calendar, published in ISU Communication No. 2796, includes events across Asia, Europe, and North America, with competitions beginning in August 2026 and continuing through the May 2027. The schedule remains subject to updates, with any changes to be reflected in the ISU’s official event calendar.

2026-27 ISU Junior Grand Prix Series

The 2026–27 ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating is an international competition series consisting of seven events held across North America, Europe, and Asia. The series features athletes in the junior division competing in men’s singles, women’s singles, pairs, and ice dance.  Points are obtained according to the results in each of the seven events and only the top six skaters/teams qualify for the Final held in December.

2026-27 ISU Challenger Series

2026-27 ISU Grand Prix Series

The 2026–27 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating is an international competition series consisting of six events held across North America, Europe, and Asia. The series features athletes competing in men’s singles, women’s singles, pairs, and ice dance.

2027 Major ISU Championships

The ISU calendar also features a full schedule of additional international competitions, synchronized skating events, solo ice dance competitions, and adult skating events throughout the season.
