Veteran forward Jae Crowder is continuing his playing career in France next season. Crowder signed with ASVEL, who competes in EuroLeague and the LNB Elite, which is the highest level in French basketball. ASVEL is being coached this season by former NBA star Tony Parker.

Crowder spent last season playing professionally in Puerto Rico. The 36-year-old last played in the NBA in the 2024-25 season with the Sacramento Kings. Crowder also played for the Dallas Mavericks, Boston Celtics, Cleveland Cavaliers, Utah Jazz, Memphis Grizzlies, Miami Heat, Phoenix Suns and Milwaukee Bucks during his 13-year NBA career.
