Mario Hezonja produced a huge performance to lead Croatia past Turkey in a friendly tournament in Hamburg ahead of the next FIBA World Cup qualifying window.

The Croatian forward finished with 37 points and decided the game himself, knocking down a step-back three-pointer with four seconds remaining to secure a 95-94 victory.

Hezonja shot 11-of-17 from the field while also recording six rebounds and four assists. Dario Šarić supported him with 16 points and six rebounds, while Karlo Matković added 12 points.

Turkey was led by Ömer Yurtseven and Malachi Flynn, who scored 18 points each. Cedi Osman contributed another 17, while Alperen Şengün and Tarık Biberović did not play.

Croatia will now meet either Germany or the Czech Republic in the tournament final.
