Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayTwo Harbors, Minnesota’s Cedaero is unexpectedly expanding beyond the world of handmade bike bags with the introduction of their first in-house coffee blend, Snozzberry, which is roasted at the adjacent coffee shop. Find details on their new beans here…
Cedaero just unveiled a new “Legal Consumables” category in their web shop, and the first product is a small-batch light roast from Java, Indonesia, which they’re calling “Snozzberry” and selling in 12-ounce (340-gram) bags. It’s roasted by the adjacent Cedar Coffee Company, where the head coffee roaster also happens to be Cedaero’s production manager. As a shop full of coffee lovers, they felt it was only fitting to share the beans they’ve been drinking as they design and sew packs.
Describing what to expect from Snozzberry, Cedaero writes, “Whereas many light coffees have a bright acidity, this one has depth but is fruity. It doesn’t matter what roast level you generally veer towards – we think you’ll like this one. It’s a natural process. What does that mean? Coffee beans are the seeds of a cherry, and a variety of methods have been developed to remove the seed from the fruit. A natural process is the oldest known method: 1. Pick the cherry at its ripest point, 2. Let it sit in the sun and dry out, 3. Crack the fruit off the seed. It’s simple, but so many things can go wrong, so when you taste a good natural process coffee, it’s like falling into a dream world, where the rivers are chocolate, you drink nectar from flowers, and the trees drop handfuls of sweet treats for you to gobble up.”
You can buy a bag of beans for $16.95, and orders ship within 3-4 days. Learn more at Cedaero.com.
