Owning the belt has not bought ONE’s flyweight Muay Thai king any breathing room. This November, he enters a bracket where every rival has a case for the top spot.

Asadula Imangazaliev headlines the eight-man lineup for the 2026 ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Grand Prix, revealed by ONE Chairman and CEO Chatri Sityodtong on Facebook on Tuesday, September 22. The tournament takes place in November, with the brackets, fights, and grand prize following soon.

The 23-year-old Russian has never lost, and his ONE run produced seven knockout wins across eight appearances. That form earned him a shot at the vacant crown against Aslamjon “El Pantera” Ortikov in the main event of The Inner Circle 20. There, he edged the Uzbekistani to claim the gold.

The man he beat now sits in the same field. Ortikov had strung together 10 straight promotional wins and a perfect 24-0 record before that night. Moreover, his confirmed place in the tournament raises the prospect of a rematch.

Former ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Champion Rodtang “The Iron Man” Jitmuangnon, 29, also looms, chasing the 275th win of his career and a step closer to reclaiming the sport’s most coveted prize.

“I am thrilled to announce the greatest world grand prix in history for Muay Thai! Get ready for fireworks in November!” Chatri wrote.

Any route to the silver strap for Imangazaliev runs through men with plenty to lose. This includes former ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Champion Nong-O Hama and his 268 career wins. Shimon Yoshinari has also gone unbeaten through seven global-stage outings, the latest a round-two finish of Suablack Tor Pran49 at ONE SAMURAI 3 this month.

Black Panther, a 26-year-old Thai, has won six straight, and 19-year-old Lebanese contender Ramadan “The Scorpion” Ondash edged Johan “Jojo” Ghazali in July. Englishman Ubaid “Bad” Hussain, 20, sits at 17-0 after an eighth straight global-stage win at The Inner Circle 28 secured his US$100,000 main roster contract.
